Olio Finibus Terrae β where the land ends, the essence begins.

"Every drop tells a story of hands, of land, of time."
Our Story
For four generations our family has tended the same silver-leafed groves at the southernmost tip of Puglia β Finibus Terrae, the end of the earth β where two seas meet and the wind carries salt and rosemary.
We harvest by hand at first light. We press within hours. Nothing is rushed, nothing is added. What you taste is the place itself: sun, stone, and the patient devotion of those who refuse to let tradition fade.
Premium Quality
Liquid gold demands patience. Every bottle of Finibus Terrae is the product of countless small choices made the slow, honest way.

Pressed below 27Β°C within six hours of harvest, preserving every aromatic note and antioxidant.
Cultivated, harvested, and milled on the same Salento land β a true monocultivar of Cellina di NardΓ².
Naturally decanted in stainless steel. No additives, no compromises β only living oil.
Numbered bottles, hand-labeled, sealed in dark glass to protect what the sun has given us.
The Collection
Five formats, two harvests. Choose your size and label β the soul of Salento is already in the glass.

The Territory
At the heel of Italy, between the Ionian and the Adriatic, the soil is calcareous, the wind unrelenting, and the light a kind of slow gold. This is the only place our oil could ever come from.

"Finibus Terrae"
The Romans named this place the end of the known world. We chose it as our beginning β a coastline of white limestone, ancient olive titans, and a silence broken only by the cicadas.
Voices
A liquid postcard from southern Italy. Grassy, peppery, alive β the kind of oil you finish a meal with, not start one.
The most honest extra virgin we've tasted in a decade. There is land, salt, and sun in every drop.
I open the bottle and I am back on the Salento coast. Nothing else comes close.
